Sue Cross will give her own experience of leadership and leaders over the years - the good, the bad and the not so attractive - relay her experience of the different types of leaders and how to be creative in your leadership skills.

Sue Cross is Professor of Primary Care Nursing at Buckinghamshire New University. Professor Cross is particularly well known for her work on the Working in Partnership Program (WiPP) General Practice Nursing Project, a national program across England where she was the National Project Manager from 2005 to 2008. WiPP was established to develop a strategy to use clinicians’ time effectively whilst improving availability of services for patients.
Over the years Sue has worked as a Practice Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, Chair of the Royal College of Nursing (RCN) Nurse Practitioner Forum, as well as writing numerous publications. She is nurse advisor to the patients’ charity Allergy UK and chaired the Royal College of General Practitioners (RCGP) Nurse Forum.
